Direct access to the beautiful garden with fruit trees and seating, as well as a grill for perfect barbecues is available here. Directly opposite the villa there is a large playground that makes children's hearts beat faster. The eat-in kitchen offers all the comfort you need to prepare delicious dishes. There is a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. You can also enjoy your dishes at the dining table with a fantastic view of the villa garden. The large smart TV with streaming option is ideal for relaxing movie nights on the spacious corner sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the bedroom you will find a large king-size bed (180x200m) as well as a single bed and a sofa bed. There are also two wardrobes for storing your belongings. We are also happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair. You can park for free in front of the house in the marked areas. When you book the basement apartment in the Deutsche Villa, you get access to the sauna relaxation room and the shared fitness corner, which is available to all three apartments in the Deutsche Villa.

Gehlsdorf is a district of Rostock on the east bank of the Warnow. It is considered an upscale residential area, partly with renovated old villas, partly with new houses. The long waterfront promenade, where many yacht and sailing clubs are located, is characteristic.
There is free parking in front of the villa on the street (public). In just a few minutes you will find the bus stop, the ferry across the Warnow (journey time 5 minutes) to Rostock city centre, 2 supermarkets, bakeries etc... In front of the house you can take walks and experience flora and fauna up close and enjoy the beautiful forest park. A public playground is only 30m away.
